Getting your child’s or Pet’s imprints in clay is a very special moment - one that can never be bought back! Children grow up Right before our eyes - and our time with our Pets can go so fast! capturing their Hand and Foot impressions into a beautiful keepsake is priceless!
These handmade plaques are fun and Unique projects to make. You can keep them for yourself or give them as gifts to anyone involved in your child's life.
Appointments take approximately 30 minutes and are guided by staff to ensure you get nice, clean prints. Making the imprints is a quick process; the hardest part is deciding exactly what you’d like. At your appointment, you will WORK with Staff to choose a shape you’d like Your plaque, the color you’d like the prints to be, and how you’d like to decorate your plaque.
Please keep in mind that our typical turnaround time is approximately 7-8 weeks. Because we are working with slabs with your child’s imprints on them, we dry these very slowly and fire with more care to ensure it’s survival.
If your keepsake is meant to be a gift and needed in time before a specific holiday, please let our instructor know so it can be noted on the order form. We cannot make assumptions that certain keepsakes are needed in time for a holiday; letting the associates know will allow us to keep track of your order in time for the holiday deadline. (Note: IF you need an imprint in less than 2 weeks, it might not be able to dry and go through both firings in time so please plan accordingly!)
